WORKSHOPS

Every activity in which we engage in a state of integration or unity, offers us the opportunity to know ourselves and reveals our emotions and moods.

The traditional way to create mindlessness, that is, a state of pure perception, is through Meditation.

In this practice, one sits and observes what is happening in silence. The observer monitors their own breathing, emotions, and thoughts, as they do any other stimuli, and does not interfere with them.

This attitude becomes meaningful when it is continued in other areas of life. Regardless of our environmental circumstances, remaining alert and aware will open the path to inner freedom.

This is the approach of all Gurudwara events.

Monthly Satsang

It takes place on the last Saturday of every month. It is free of charge as part of Karma Yoga.

11.30 - 12.30: Meditation
12.30 - 12.45 Yoga Presentation
