Alternative Life Lessons (AHAD) is influenced by Sufism and Eastern philosophies and ideas. Without understanding these views, it would be impossible to make sense of the teachings of A New Path that the Gurudwara had opened.

If we desire many things in our lives today to be different than they were yesterday, we must do things today that are different from what we did yesterday.

The bottom line is that anyone who desires A New Life must change and become A New Person.

Gurudwara, a synthesis of Sufism, Taoism, and Buddhism, aims to help people find their own answers to the question of existence.

There is no purely philosophical teaching at the Gurudwara. We learn on our own. The Gurudwara merely points the way.
