This information text regarding the processing of personal data has been prepared within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Information Obligation," which specifies the procedures and principles to be followed during the information obligation to be fulfilled under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Our Company is the "Data Controller" as defined in Law No. 6698. We take care to process and store all personal data belonging to all individuals affiliated with the Company in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDP Law"). All collected personal data is processed for the periods specified in our company's data inventory due to legal and commercial requirements.

Personal data provided by you upon registration: Name and Surname, Turkish Identification Number, address information, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, landline phone number, photograph
Personal data provided by you upon purchasing a service/package: Type of service/package, bank and credit card information (bank account number, IBAN number, credit card number, expiration date, and security code, etc.), tax office and invoice information, signature.
Data not provided by you: Data collected by Gurudwara Ashram Yoga to improve its infrastructure when necessary, which does not constitute personal data, and behavioral data collected by third parties.

5-Credit Card and Mail Order Information:

Upon your request, Gurudwara Ashram Yoga will not retain your credit card and confidential financial information in our system, in accordance with the rules set forth in the GDPR, PDPL, and this Privacy Policy.
Your identity and credit card information sent to us via mail order will be stored by Gurudwara Ashram Yoga in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. This information will be retained for 60 (sixty) days to prevent any objections to your credit card withdrawals with your bank, and will then be destroyed. The approved mail-order form you send to Gurudwara Ashram Yoga for the price of the products you order does not pose any risk, as you can naturally object to the bank and prevent payment if any amount other than the original payment is deducted from your card.
