It was formed by Nazmi Gurudwara, its founder, who eclectically combined Hatha, Sivananda, Integral, and Yin Yoga styles learned during his own spiritual journey with his own experiences.

It has developed as an extremely gentle, fluid, open, and profoundly insightful method, helping students make the changes they desire in their lives and gain self-awareness.

In our understanding, yoga is not something to be done, but something to be lived. The goal should be to bring the awareness we experience in yoga classes to life. The poses practiced in classes aim to not only benefit our physical bodies but also to transform and alter our breathing and our attitude toward life.

YOGA is not a religion, political movement, or dogma. It is the complete unification of the individual with the universe on all levels, respecting all cultures, beliefs, and races. Derived from the Sanskrit root YUG, YOGA means "wholeness," "oneness."

Yoga has a philosophy, but it is itself a science and an art. Because philosophy asks, "Why?" Yoga asks the question, "How?" and seeks the answer to the question "How?", and the answer to the question "How?" is a technique. Yoga is a technique of consciously returning to ourselves, to our essence. There are two fundamental techniques in yoga: discipline and independence.

While the goal in yoga may seem to be the body, the true goal is to calm the mind, soothe the senses, and balance. While yoga is practiced in a group, it is individual, and there are as many yogas as there are people.

Through YOGA, existence unites its microcosmic structure with the macrocosm by utilizing the universe's most sublime possibilities and utilizes universal subtle energies in the most perfect way. Through this union, a person gains the ability to fully experience the macrocosm within their microcosm. Thus, the entire universe is experienced within existence on a reduced scale. This means that everything found in the macrocosm is also found in the microcosm.

YOGA is a perfect harmonious system based on the simultaneous use of movement and knowledge, teaching the practitioner how to act accordingly, both on the physical and spiritual planes, for a healthy, balanced, and active life. In this way, the evolutionary process of existence on all planes will accelerate, opening the doors to true and absolute happiness. Acceleration in existential evolution depends on the complete harmony and balance of all its phenomena. YOGA practices manifest this inner balance and harmony within existence through deep peace and infinite love, thus leading to access to the higher self.

The principles of YOGA, established by masters thousands of years ago, have been shown to solve today's standard life problems. YOGA is a definitive path to overcoming the daily stress, stress, nervous tension, decreased physical vigor, premature aging, memory problems, and many other negative issues that plague humanity today. The beauty of this solution is that the individual takes matters into their own hands, bringing the practitioner self-confidence and awareness of their superior abilities. Today, we know that many Olympic teams, and especially astronaut crews, train yoga. This demonstrates that YOGA is a defined positive science. YOGA is considered not only a collection of philosophical, physical, and spiritual studies, but also a science. As can be seen from all this, the YOGA system enhances a person's paranormal powers and ensures perfect harmony of mind and body with universal conditions, giving them extraordinary vitality.

With YOGA practice, fatigue and weariness are quickly abandoned; a five-minute deep YOGA relaxation (SHAVASANA) provides more benefits than hours of sleep. Furthermore, YOGA prevents premature and premature aging of both the body and mind. A person who regularly practices YOGA has the opportunity to extend their lifespan by having a healthy, strong, and dynamic body and consciousness.

Humankind possesses an extremely powerful, complex, yet equally perfect computer that they do not fully understand how to use; The brain... a normal person uses only four percent of this incredible potential. YOGA ensures that brain activity is controlled at the highest levels, thus we learn to use this magnificent part of ourselves to the fullest. Regular YOGA practice eliminates unnecessary fat and other tissues in the body, and body weight reaches the body's needs.

YOGA practice has no age limit. People of all ages can easily practice it. Experience has shown that YOGA is even more effective in older people, as they are more patient, more able to listen, and understand the realities of life through their lived experiences.

The results of a fully disciplined and patient YOGA practice are seen gradually but surely, regardless of age, religion, race, gender, etc. A sharper mind is achieved, especially in the elderly...

YOGA eliminates all signs of aging through methods such as diet, internal cleansing, breathing exercises, and mind control. YOGA practices offer the following invaluable values and advantages:

Achieving true, deep YOGA relaxation in a very short time; Maintaining a permanently youthful, vigorous, and vibrant physical structure; Opening the subtle energy channels and nerve pathways called NADIs (subtle energy channels and nerve pathways within and around the body); Achieving an extraordinary, perfect, and transcendent inner harmony; This balanced state accelerates the evolutionary process of the physical, mental, and spiritual structure, enabling the attainment of superior levels.

The fundamental desire of all people, knowingly or unknowingly, is to attain eternal and true happiness. In reality, achieving this absolute happiness depends on fully utilizing one's talents. Humanity will achieve this happiness by fulfilling its physical, spiritual, and intellectual aspects. A person who has reached this level of eternal happiness has proven a principle also stated by masters and great yogis: This means that true and lasting happiness is not based on impermanence. True happiness can only be attained by learning the divine origin inherent in the essence of every created being. This divine origin, this sublime reality, has been given many names. Some of these are the Self, the True Nature, Brahman; Cosmic Consciousness, the Infinite, the Own... It is possible to develop it through many other attributes, but if we pay attention, since these names are infinite, attaining them can only be achieved by transcending our limited personality...

According to the yoga system, the senses, intellect, and mind must be perfectly developed and functioning in harmony, and the body must perform accordingly. Only by fully, flawlessly, and completely utilizing their abilities can a person transcend their limitations and attain divine eternal happiness... This can only be achieved by themselves and only themselves.
